During the initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your specific needs and requirements. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, the meeting will be conducted either with a member of our marketing team or a member of our technical accountancy team. This ensures that you receive personalized attention from an expert who can address your concerns effectively.

All our Accountants have up to 10 years of Accounting Experience with up to 5 years of experience working with UK based Accounting Firms. Accounting expertise:

Heritage’s virtual accountant is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm British Standard Time. Skype, Slack, and Teams can be used for live communication. You can also use emails if you prefer. From your side, you provide instructions, reviews, and deadlines, and the virtual accountant provides queries and job updates.

If you hire someone from outside the UK to work for your company, this will be treated as an expense for the company.

There is a fixed fee for one year. In the first year and the second year of the contract, you can opt out by giving a 30-day notice and a 60-day notice. At the end of each year, our prices are revised based upon our experience levels outlined in our Fee schedule, which we will share with you beforehand.

If you require us to change working models between part-time, full-time and ad hoc, you can do that within up to 10 days with a simple phone call or email to the area manager of the service.

One wouldn’t denounce working with accounting firms just because they’ve had an unpleasant experience with one. What we can say is, as with every service, there is a way of fixing the kinks and working organized. Each of our Accountants is affiliated with an ACCA-CPA professional body from the UK. The affiliation can be revoked if there is deviation from the code of conduct regarding data management of clients.

Two-way non-disclosure contract – You will enter into a contract with a UK based company with strict non-disclosure terms and data protection is supported by some of the toughest SLA’s as well as adhering to strict employee covenants backed by ACCA.

Multi-layer Bank-grade security portals and system – Our servers are software protected to prevent local transfers, downloads or backup creation.

Remote Desktop Access Option – We can log on to your system to work. No files leave the office, no data is exchanged. We simply walk into your office and doing the work on your systems.
